Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline.

Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience after graduation.

Academic record: Minimum 50% in all major exams (10th, 12th, Graduation)
* Diploma holders with 10 years of experience may also apply

Company support: Applicants will need support of their organisations in the following ways-

  • To get time off from company work to attend on-campus contact sessions.
  • Access to company information for submitting application assignments.
  • To obtain company information for Capstone Project .
  • Appointing a senior manager from the organisation as a 'Mentor’.
  • Sponsorship of fee (Optional).

21 month modular management programme without a career break, with the rigour and content of an Executive MBA Programme.
Convenient format: Minimal absence from work place – Total of 60 days on campus over 21 months (9 days residence on campus every quarter).

Application based learning

Application based learning: It is a rigorous and challenging programme where participants get to apply the learnings on campus immediately to their workplace through a host of application assignments and a major Capstone Project.
Experienced peer group: Most participants are company sponsored executives from our partner companies from diverse sectors while the programme is also open to self funded applicants. The collective professional experience of its participants enriches the learning environment.
